Meet Deb,
founder of Sound & Movement Alchemy
My mission is to elevate our planet’s vibration by guiding individuals to tap into their inner light and power: strengthening the physical body through Movement and uplifting the spirit through Sound Immersions.
Since 2015, I’ve been helping athletes, first responders, healthcare workers, artists, and everyday go-getters counteract the wear and tear of daily life. Through Foundation Training and Mindful Movement I help clients find lasting relief from chronic pain and realign their bodies to move with fluid ease.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply longing for greater balance, my goal is to guide you toward feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected—in both body and spirit.
Nature and vibration are constantly intersecting.
We can enhance the vibrations with crystal singing bowls, flutes, drums and even our own voices.

Kind Words & Testimonials
“As of today, I have done three private sound baths with Deb in her Magic Yurt with my friends.
I have also been fortunate to have sound journeys with Deb at Cancer Support Community and Barre.
Each time is magical! It not only allows you to forget troubles, but it resets you moving forward.”

“My experience with Deb at Sound and Movement Alchemy was beyond incredible! I was lucky enough to experience her absolutely magical property and thoughtfully designed space…
Deb's energy is immediately welcoming and felt like reuniting with a loving friend, even though we'd never met before. The entire sound immersion experience was transformative and incredibly special.”

“I just want to say thanks for teaching me foundation training. I know it's been 2 years since I saw you, but I still incorporate foundation training in my everyday life. Including when I ride a bike.
Next week I will ride 326 miles through the state of Ohio on my bike. My core is strong and I've adjusted my bike so that I can ride without pain. Thanks for your teachings!!”
